This free virtual session will focus on the topic of self-care for neonatal nurses and will include an instructor-led barre workout, top stretches to do before and after your shift from a physical therapist, and group discussions on the best ways to make your self-care a priority
NANN Connections events are open to both members and non-member neonatal nurses and APRNs with the goal of providing a forum for social networking and connection during a time when we’re still unable to gather in person. They will focus on self care and other similar topics, but won’t contain clinical education or offer CE.
